Upon creation of a EMR account EMR Users agree to provide details that are precise, absolute, and up to date at all times. If EMR Users fail to comply with the Terms, a violation can result in the EMR User’s account to the Service to be terminated immediately. It is the EMR Users’ duty to keep the password used for accessing the Service confidential, it is not to be released under any circumstances. EMR Users are held accountable for any and all activities under the password regardless if that password is with the Service or a third-party service. If EMR Users detect any unauthorized activity or any other infringement of security to the Service you must notify EMR immediately.
As a publishing company, EMR’s Research Reports and all other services (“EMR Information”) are provided for information and educational purposes only. Information is delivered on a consistent schedule, is not personalized to any individual EMR User and is disinterested due to careful structuring of analyst and writer compensation. As a result, EMR Information should not be construed as personalized investment advice. EMR Users should not make any investment decision based solely on what is read from EMR. Information released is not and should not be construed as personalized investment advice for EMR Users. EMR does not trade in publicly traded securities. EMR restricts all of its affiliates, principals, analysts, employees, consultants or direct contractors (“Staff”, “Staff Member”) from holding any publicly traded securities unless an exemption is in place. Exemptions include: a) disclosure of any conflict of interest at the bottom of the distributed content, b) a link to disclosures of any conflict of interest made available at the bottom of any distributed content, or c) the Staff Member operates in a segmented division with no knowledge (prior to publication) of the distributed content. EMR obtains disclosure declarations of compliance from its Staff, requires regular updates of disclosure declarations and EMR maintains a zero tolerance policy if any internal breach is uncovered. Compensation provided to analysts is fixed and is in no way related to the opinions, ratings or analysis produced. EMR has no reasonable commercial means to enforce restrictions upon third-party services it hires to provide products and services necessary to provide the Service to EMR Users, for example, a newspaper in which EMR publishes an advertisement or an e-mail services provider.
As with any stock, companies covered in the Research Reports may involve a high degree of risk and volatility, and all EMR Users should know that they may lose a portion or all of their investment if EMR Users decide to purchase any stock.

The Service may contain websites that are not controlled or owned by EMR (“Third-Party Websites”). Be advised, take caution when visiting Third-Party Websites. EMR strongly suggests EMR Users read, understand, and follow any Third-Party Websites’ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. EMR will not be liable for any damages or losses, directly or indirectly, caused by Third-Party Websites. EMR holds no control over, and takes no responsibility for any information, content, services, practices, privacy policies, or exchanges for any Third-Party Websites.
EMR holds the right to, without prior notice or liability in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend a EMR Users access to all or part of the Services for any reason, including without limitation, a breach of these Terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms, provisions which by their nature and intent should survive expiration or termination, including, but not limited to, confidentially, damages, and risk of loss, will survive. EMR Users’ right to use the Service, after termination, will be withdrawn immediately. If a EMR User wishes to discontinue use of the Service, EMR User can stop using the Service at anytime.
The Terms will be adhered by and be interpreted under the law of Phillippines without regard to conflicts of law provisions. The Terms will not be a waiver of rights if EMR fails to enforce any right or provision of the Terms. If a court determines any part of the Terms to be unenforceable, null, or void the remainder of the Terms remain in effect. Any previous agreements between the EMR User and EMR regarding the Service is nullified, the Terms contained herein make up and contain the EMR Users entire agreement with EMR regarding the Service.
EMR reserves the right to edit, change, or replace the Terms anytime at EMR’s sole discretion. If there is a material change EMR will attempt to inform EMR Users at least 15 days before any changes come into effect. What determines a material revision is at EMR’s sole discretion. After a material change has become effective, if EMR Users continue to use or access the Service, EMR Users agree to be bound by the new terms. EMR Users must immediately stop using the Service if there is a disagreement to the new terms.
